Training class registration
To register for a class, please fill
out the online form below or complete our
paper application. Please have
your vet fax us a copy of your dog's shot records as well -- dogs in
classes must be current
Rabies
(exception made for puppies too young to get the rabies vaccine)
vaccine, parvo, and distemper. In addition, we recommend the kennel cough
(Bordetella) vaccine since dogs will be in close proximity with each
other. Check with your vets to see what they
recommend. You do not need to pay until orientation night, although
it might save you a bit of a wait in line if you do. We strongly
recommend that you attend the orientation, which will cover learning
theory, training mechanics, safety, equipment, and house rules.
Please do not bring your dog to orientation.

about what to bring to class. If you have any questions at all, just

use good old USPS by mailing it to Play Dog Excellent, 4113 Dayton
Blvd, Chattanooga TN 37415. We will confirm receipt of all
applications via phone or email within two business days of receipt.
