Daycare Photo Journal
April 2006:
Ah, signs of spring: crocuses and forsythia springing, grass greening,
robins and goldfinches singing, and Nancy shucking off her Michelin Man
suit in favor of the full-body rain gear. The sad news is that Chessie
has left us; she's currently feet-up, gestating, and anticipating a
healthy, bouncing baby human sometime soon. The good news is that our
desperate search has proved bountiful and yielded several exceptional
additions to our intrepid daycare staff: Robin Burk is working full-time
with Nancy and the big dogs, Ashley Pinkleton is working part time with
Robin and Nancy and helping us keep the place ship-shape, Leanne Lyon is
working with Carrie keeping the small dogs entertained on Tuesdays and
Thursdays. I'll try to sneak some pictures of them in when they're not
looking! But on to the dogs, who, except for the Huskies, are way happy
to spring ahead and catch some rays!
